We are happy to return or refund any items with which you are not satisfied. Please return purchase in their original condition and packaging within *14 days of receipt along with a completed returns form supplied with your delivery. Send your parcel to Returns dept, Idlewild Ltd, FREEPOST NAT9952, LONDON, W5 3BR. Parcels sent to this address can take up to 5 working days to reach us. Postage costs and gift wrapping charges will only be refunded in the case of incorrect or faulty goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting certificate from the post office in case the parcel is lost in transit. Refund of postage will only be made in the case of faulty goods (this does not affect your statutory rights).
International Customers Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.
